Elitsa Winiarczyk
Strategic Communications Architect · Комуникационен архитект
I’m Elitsa Winiarczyk — a communications architect with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of art, talent, and technology. After a career in agencies and practice as an independent consultant, I now work personally and directly. I own the entire process — from developing the long-term strategy to checking the last full stop in execution — because a good idea fails when the details fall short.
I design communication systems that translate complex ideas into human language, and keep working without me in the room. When you work with me, there’s no blurring of responsibility between account managers and copywriters — everything is in one pair of hands, and the risk of losing meaning along the way is zero.
I connect worlds that have more in common than they appear: established and emerging technology companies that shape the future, and creators and cultural organisations that give meaning to the present. For both I build authority through authentic stories, not PR clichés. For technology companies, this means visibility with investors and talent. For creators — an audience beyond the inner circle.
There are no small or large projects — only strategic vision and precise execution. That’s why I work only with companies, employer brands, and arts organisations who understand the long-term value of reputation and are looking for a thinking partner, not an AI agent for mechanical tasks.
To understand how your brand resonates in the public space, I offer a free communications audit — as a starting point, with no subsequent commitment.
